Your perspective

You will not find a larger scope and variety of research specialisations of the planet than at Fugro. We work onshore, offshore and from the air and the diversity of project locations is enormous; mostly onshore in the Netherlands and offshore worldwide. This versatility offers a great range of interesting work. Whether collecting and processing data about the earth's surface and sub-surfaces, the coordination of projects, maintaining contact with clients, developing and maintaining measuring equipment or providing technical and logistical support of the projects... there is always something interesting for you to do.

Personal growth and career

You will be given ample opportunity to develop yourself. You will receive coaching from your manager and from experienced colleagues, we will listen attentively to your wishes regarding your personal and professional development and you will be given the opportunity to follow many training courses, either at our Fugro Academy or elsewhere. Uniquely, our company may give you a fair amount of responsibility early on in your career. You will be able to manage your own career and you will have the opportunity to develop yourself in the direction of your choice, whether in a vocational, coordinating or managerial direction.
